The customer brought in their 99 F350 truck equipped with a 7.3 Powerstroke engine, which had developed an exhaust leak. The top edge of the turbo was the problem, with one top bolt having come out and the other having broken, causing the exhaust housing to no longer be tight to the center cartridge.
